Full Design & Build

The Full Design and Build Service is a full project
management package, including plot sourcing if
required, design and planning phase, value
engineering and construction, we appoint and co-
ordinate all design consultants for the entire
project duration.

Main Contractor

With our Main Contractor Service we will
competitively tender to construct and deliver your project to the highest quality, and exact details and specifications of your tender pack, including interior design, special finishes and full FFE.

Speculative Build

A speculative build is similar to the design and
build concept, only we will design and build the project to a developer's specification at cost. The project is sold on completion and profits from the venture are then split between the JV partners.
